The room here was in great shape and really spacious. It had a fridge, kettle, and microwave; the views were absolutely gorgeous. the bed was cozy, and there was even a nice bathtub 🛁. the location was spot on, right by Ponto-cho.

The location was great, very close to the old town and city center; we even walked to the lake in just 10 minutes.

An iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a multi-channel TV in the room, marvellous and good location.

The room was huge, neat and complete with great views, a washing machine and good view. We were in a marvellous and super location within easy walking distance of an Eastern monastery.

Really had a blast during our 3-night stay! the room was super nice and up-to-date, plus it had awesome views! 🌟

The central location here makes it a great base for exploring with plenty of dining options and close to the train station nearby.

The staff was incredibly kind, super-friendly, and responded promptly to requests. the setting was gorgeous, near to transport connections to visit tourist places, with a picturesque canal on one side and big department stores. - Very close to the train station.

I recently stayed at Riverview House Kyoraku in Kyoto for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located in a quiet area along the river, but still close to attractions and great restaurants. The room accommodations were spacious and well-designed, with traditional Japanese elements and a separate section for the kids. The in-house washer for laundry was a great convenience. The staff, especially Kan, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a great experience.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was near to many sites that I wanted to visit. The hotel was conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Vincent, who went above and beyond to assist me with various requests. The hotel itself was top-notch, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The view of the river from my room was absolutely delightful. Additionally, the amenities provided were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. I was also impressed by the in-room safe, dining table, and the fact that the rooms were soundproofed. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay memorable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel was excellent. the location was amazing and incredible. - the deluxe apartment we booked was great. - the property was right by many great restaurants and bars. - We liked the close proximity to Guilo Guilo Hitoshina restaurant.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. the rooms are modern and well-maintained, with great views and natural light. They have laundry facilities, a refrigerator, oven, and stovetop. They also offer early check-in and late check-out.
